Plz pass on to your researchers....
Dear Peer-Review Platform User,
As part of the procurement contract to establish a new EuroHPC Access Platform, all proposal data and user accounts from the current Peer-Review Platform will be migrated to a new system.
Migration schedule
* Start date: 5 September 2025.
* Expected downtime: Approximately two weeks.
What you need to know about the new platform
* The access link will remain the same: https://access.eurohpc-ju.europa.eu/
* You will use the same login credentials as before.
* While the platform is being updated, the structure and content of each call will not change. Any preparatory work you have done will remain applicable.
* All submitted tasks will be retained. Unfortunately, draft works will be deleted.
* For details on how current and future calls may be affected, please refer to the following page: https://www.eurohpc-ju.europa.eu/access-calls-moving-new-platform-important-update_en
Recommendations
We recommend to either apply soon or postponing the start of any new application until the new platform is live. This will help prevent potential delays or data-related issues.
If you are planning to submit a proposal during this month, please be aware of the deadlines:
* AIF Large Scale access: 14th August.
* Benchmark and Development access: 18th August.
* AIF Fast Lane and Playground access: 25th August.
* AI for Science and Collaborative EU Projects: 29th August.
* Regular access: 5th September.
If you are unable to meet these deadlines, please note that the calls will remain open in the new system during September, and you will have future opportunities to submit your projects.
Stay Informed
We will inform all users once the new platform is active. In the meantime, updates on the migration progress and expected go-live date will be available on the EuroHPC JU website<https://www.eurohpc-ju.europa.eu/access-calls-moving-new-platform-important-update_en> and social media channels.
Considering that this is a significant change in our workflow and affects numerous users, experts, and collaborators, we kindly ask for your patience if responses to your queries that may take a bit longer than usual. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards,
The Peer-Review Team
